Saga Crafter (the "Service") is operated by ZYEYZ LLC, doing business as Snowy Mountain Software, a Montana limited liability company ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Saga Crafter is an AI-powered novel writing platform that provides tools for manuscript creation, character management, world-building, and writing assistance through specialized AI agents.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to your original creative content, including manuscripts, characters, world-building elements, and other materials you create using our Service. Saga Crafter does not claim ownership of your content.

4.2 License to Us

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Content suggestions and text generated by our AI agents are provided as writing assistance. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any AI-generated content you choose to incorporate into your work.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Generate content that violates others' rights or is harmful
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
Circumvent usage limits or access controls
Share account access with others
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for
Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI usage, measured as the cost of the AI provider calls your work requires. The allowance resets at the beginning of each billing cycle and does not carry over
When the allowance for a billing period is used up, AI features stop until the cycle resets. We do not bill you for overage without your agreement

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saga Crafter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or creative work, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate, original, or suitable for publication. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
